Facebook Users Worth $0.30? Hm. More Please.

There’s a lot of speculation as to how much a Facebook user is ‘worth’ to an application developer these days. Michael Arrington proposes in this recent article that the low end might be somewhere around 30 cents. By our calculations, that number is low. We’ve had discussions with several different parties involved, and we’re doing a bit of experimental monetization ourselves to keep it all in perspective. Things are looking good from where we’re sitting.
